LMG Marin moves into brand new offices

LMG Marin has moved to brand new offices in Bergen 1

30 years ago LMG Marin moved from Nordnes to Solheimsviken. We moved into the first renovated building from Bergen Mekaniske Verksteder, actually into the former technical office for the shipyard. It felt right at that time.

Time changes and it is time for LMG Marin to take a new step – this time into brand new offices only 300 meters from the old office.

You can now find us on the 2nd floor in the Krohnen building in Solheimsviken. Filled with natural light and designed using upcycled materials and wood, the Krohnen building is among the most environmentally friendly office spaces in the city.

Krohnen building name is inspired by Michael Krohn (1793–1878) who founded Bergen Mekaniske Verksteder (BMV) back in 1855.
